Project Overview
PAM is an academic web application developed for the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander (UFPS). Its purpose is to manage the entire admissions process for the Master's Program in ICT Applied to Education. The platform was built using Angular for the frontend and Spring Boot for the backend.
As the project leader, I was in charge of a team of nine members. My responsibilities included coordinating tasks, ensuring the project met its goals, and acting as the primary link between the development team and the client (UFPS). The system we built allows university staff to manage applicant documents, review submissions, and approve candidates, making the admissions process more efficient and organized.
