Project Overview
Nuvi is a complete management platform for residential condominiums. It is designed to streamline operations for property managers and improve the living experience for residents. The platform centralizes communication, payments, reservations, and security into a single, easy-to-use mobile and web application.
I had the opportunity to participate in the development of this project. The core concept and design were created by Emsitel S.A.S. My role involved contributing to the development of several key features, helping to build a robust and functional platform that meets the needs of modern communities.

Replaces old entry systems with a solution that works on any resident's mobile phone for better communication.
Online Fee Payments
Residents can view digital invoices and pay their administrative fees directly through the app, simplifying collections.
Amenity Booking

Keep residents informed with a digital bulletin board for news, announcements, and community updates.
Assembly Management
A tool to manage homeowners' meetings, track attendance, conduct votes, and generate official records.
